The product listed above is/are not derived from or produced using GMOs or their derivatives, and that all reasonable steps have been taken to avoid contamination from GMOs or their derivatives, and that this has been verified by the following measures:

The botanical sources of the raw materials for this product have been scanned carefully against the databases of know GMOs as they are published and updated by

•  Agriculture & Biotechnology Strategies (Canada) Inc, Merrickville, Ontario, Canada (www.agbios.com)
• European Commission – DG Health and Consumer Protection (ec.europa.eu/food/dyna/gm_register/index_en.cfm)
• TransGen (www.transgen.de/datenbank/pflanzen/)

and it was concluded and confirmed that none of the botanical sources mentioned in these databases are used to manufacture this product. The product needs no labeling in accordance with EU regulations 1829/2003 and 1830/2003, and pertinent USA regulations specifically USDA NOP( CFR 205.605a).
