Van De Wetering Ingredients GmbH is a private owned company specialized on the marketing and sales of ingredients for the flavour, fragrance and beverage industry. The owner, Jan C. van de Wetering, a Dutch citizen born in the Netherlands, started his career in the flavour industry in 1969 at PFW (later Tastemaker) in Amersfoort, Netherlands. In the beginning of the 1970’s he moved from Amersfoort to a PFW affiliate in Germany. He worked for ten years in this market in sales and marketing to the food and beverage industry. In 1980 he founded his own company (Van De Wetering Ingredients Gmbh) in Bremen, Germany. Later his wife Hannelore joined him in the company. Hannelore has 10 years experience in the flavour and fragrance industry in various capacities. Today, Van De Wetering Ingredients GmbH proudly offers to our customers a wide range of Natural flavouring ingredients and NI Sulphur and Nitrogen compounds from Advanced Biotech. VDW also offers citrus and other essential oils, as well as fruit powders, granulates and dietary fibres. Van De Wetering Ingredients GmbH is a member of V.D.C. (Verein Drogen- und Chemikalienhandel) and I.F.E.A.T. Moreover they represent Advanced Biotech at the German Association of Flavour Industries (D.V.A.I.). This ensures that we are well informed about the latest developments in European food and flavour legislation.
